How far in advance do I need to book?
A minimum of 72 hours advance notice is required. Services are available 7 days a week with evening and weekend availability by special arrangement.
Are your drivers CPR and First Aid certified?
Yes. All Ride With Care drivers are CPR and First Aid certified. They also undergo thorough background checks including criminal record reviews and driver's abstract verification.
Do you accept Veterans Affairs Canada billing?
Yes. Ride With Care is fully licensed with Veterans Affairs Canada for direct billing on both medical and non-medical transportation runs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer. Regular scheduled clients can opt for bi-monthly or monthly billing. Free estimates are always provided before any service.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes. One caregiver or family member may accompany the client free of charge, provided both passengers depart from the same location.
